-This included, but was not limited to managing call times for players, locations for photos, and wardrobe changes so content could be gathered in a timely manner.

-Assisted clients in the Estates department with closing out their final affairs through empathy and careful attention to detail.

-My role included assisting deceased clients family members with final steps in closing out their loved ones accounts, issuing funds owed on their behalf

-I also had the opportunity to assist bankers and attorneys with how act on behalf of their deceased clients in terms of necessary paper work as required by law in their state.

• Guided a multitude of guests to their designated location during Orlando Magic home games and concerts
• Exercised legendary customer service to enhance fans overall experience at the Amway Center
