• Responsible for initial evaluation , re-evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and documentation of all consulted patients within departmental standards.
• Trained on all floors & all Intensive care units for both adults and general pediatrics.
• Trained in ICU progressive mobility ,Acute TBI , Acute stroke ,Burn Rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehab Phase 1, and Acute orthopedics.
• Lead ICU & burn therapist (Acute & Outpatient)
• Currently being oriented to NICU and “Feeders” on the general pediatric floor.
• Often Charge Therapist . Responsible for floor assignments of the OT team, leading the morning OT huddle and the morning department huddle .
• Cross-Trained to Bronson Battle Creek Hospital .

• Responsible for secretarial work of the department & maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.
• Assisted both PT and OT with room setup and mobility of patients .
• Assisted PT with preparing total joint patients prior to their sessions, and initiating their HEP program.

Responsible for the following :

• Handled trauma room setup for incoming Tier 1 & 2’s.
• Initiated of massive blood transfusion protocols and obtaining products for the team.
• Monitoring patient surveillance cameras for psych and seizure patients.
• Provided clerical support, addressing routine, and special requirements.
