• Oversight on active studies, to include institutional review board (IRB) submissions, ensure regulatory documents are completed to ensure compliance and protection of human subjects, budget monitoring, and ensure completion of timeline deliverables and milestones
• Effectively develop survey instruments in REDCap and Qualtrics for multi-use cases such as program evaluation (pre/post), study participants, and internal healthcare physician/patient outcome feedback questionnaires.
• Streamline project management in health system quality improvement (QI) projects under the leadership of IUHealth Vice Chair of Quality and Surgical Oncologist, Anthony Yang, MD, MS that includes taking part in the initiation of the Dept. of Surgery QI Leader Program to provide education to surgeons to lead their own QI projects in their practice and active in the General Surgery Clinical Effectiveness Council to reduce surgical site infections (SSI) across the health system by employing a validated SSI reduction bundle
• Managed the deployment with key stakeholders, communication and education to IUHealth surgeons of a new operating room (OR) automated video capture platform across IUHealth Medical Group under the direct leadership of Chair for the Dept. of Surgery, Karl Bilimoria, MD, MS, that can be found in OR's across 9 hospitals to further research, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Streamlined project management processes by implementing Agile methodologies, resulting in increased efficiency and team collaboration.
