As an acute care tech I provide direct and indirect patient care, including assisting with daily activities, taking vital signs, and performing basic medical procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse. Key duties involve patient assistance with hygiene and mobility, monitoring health, providing documentation and acting as a liaison between patients and the nursing team. Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene. Help with mobility, including transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs. Monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Observe patients for changes in condition and report findings to the supervising nurse.

As a medical assistant my job description included both administrative and clinical duties, such as

• Responsibilities When I was doing Housekeeping at the hotel , I had to clean each room , change bed sets , clean bathrooms, with cleaning supply , vacuum floors , get supplies for each room . I did at least 20 rooms a day some may have twins sweets.
