· Conducting regular material testing (concrete, steel, and other materials) to guarantee the quality and integrity of project materials

· Strategically organizing project staff (including admin workers) according to project work requirements, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum productivity

· Notable Achievement: Instrumental in the early completion of 54 suite rooms, exceeding project expectations and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the hotel

Project: Aldea Del Sol

· Supervised on-site operations to ensure all works are executed in accordance with the approved construction drawings and specifications, maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

· Utilized strong monitoring, controlling, and decision-making skills to address challenges proactively, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Conducted monthly evaluations of subcontractor progress and accomplishments, preparing Certificates of Payment to facilitate timely and accurate compensation.

Played a pivotal role in the construction and successful completion of two (2) Model House units, which received high commendations from the Planning Department for excellence in design and execution.
