• Coordinated CSM (E-9) with 26 years of experience providing exceptional security detail and supervision for precious military assets and personnel. After my Military career, I accomplished a new career as a Security Manager with seven years of experience in Europe and the US (California). So far, I have successfully navigated the security challenges of the past seven years. My military career gave me experience and training in identifying security risks to raise and secure security details and oversee valuable corporate assets.
• I am a diligent and cooperative leader, knowledgeable about the security system, and always ready to take thoughtful preventive measures. I am always prepared to work with professionally trained staff. My habit is to provide practical on-the-job training for new and permanent staff. I am committed to protecting valuable data and intellectual property through robust government and state management protocols.
• My security industry achievements are based on seven years of experience. I worked on security implementation of commercial companies in Ireland and several security provisions in the US. From October 2018 to October 2022, I worked as a site manager at DWR (California Department of Water Resources) in the Field Division branch, where I achieved the following:

- Supervised a team of 25 staff members, used Microsoft Office in daily work, documented and resolved incident reports and everyday events, and developed lessons learned.

- I achieved the report administration process by developing software for daily tasks and developing skills and drills in disaster preparedness situations.

- I coordinated the implementation of laws and safety regulations following the company's obligations. I have led the effective allocation of resources, budgets, inventory, training support, and team building. I oversaw risk management and provided security reports and data analysis.

- I assessed risk factors, supervised subordinates, coordinated safety activities, implemented sexual harassment and equal opportunity policies, and managed with staff regarding their rights and obligations.

- To ensure the implementation of the assigned task, I assessed training methods, environmental concerns, assessment of security operations, and team alignment with security protocols and appearance standards.

- I have monitored video surveillance and system alerts for suspicious activity.

• My Military Career was successful, and I am proud of that.
• I have had three deployments in Afghanistan. I was a member of the US Force (NG Minnesota) and Croatian Army teams twice. My last deployment was in 2015 in the multi-national coalition. The higher position in the Croatian Army was CSM of TECOM, where I achieved the following:

- Evaluated the success of training programs and recommended improvements to upper management to enhance effectiveness.

- Trained and licensed employees to enhance success in field operations, including overseas deployment.

- Acted as training subject matter expert and provided extensive technical support to different departments.

- Identified training needs and planned classes accordingly.

- We are managing with Risk assessment.

- Developed and implemented practical learning lessons.

- Trained and mentored new personnel hired to fulfill leaders, trainers, and roles.

- Developed lesson plans, instructional materials, and written practice tests for training courses.

- Analyzed training methods and adjusted, rectified issues, increased efficiency, and exceeded training goals.

- Created curricula, instructions, and documents and led teams for written tests for various training courses.

- Used MS Office to design curricula, instructions, documents, and tests.

- I wrote the training manual for the HUMVEE Combat Driver according to deployment needs in the mission in Afghanistan.

- Liaised between executives and entry-level workers, facilitating smooth communication.

- Established personnel qualifications and coordinated onboarding activities.

• Today, I am a member of Allied Universal and work as a health security guard at KP Roseville (Sacramento). I started in November 2022. My job, till now, was connected to the Emergency Department, Patrolling, and Force of Health Security on the site in interaction with KP Members and KP Staff.
