• Emergency Department: Participated in the development and implementation of the ED pharmacist position and created 7 "Tips and Tricks" handouts for Epic related to understanding and navigating the ED Trackboard. Actively involved in the continued expansion of the position. Secondary preceptor for residents and students.
• Intensive Care Unit: Primary preceptor for the evening medical and surgical ICU rotation for pharmacy residents.
• Oncology: Created "Tips and Tricks" handouts for 12 processes related order entry, verification and modification within Epic and Beacon.
• Medication Reconciliation: Participated in the creation and implementation of the medication reconciliation program. Placed as Lead Pharmacist for the program which included facilitating meetings, overseeing technician training, and creation, distribution and presentation of documents related to position outlines for pharmacists, technicians, and utilizing information located in Care Everywhere and SureScripts.
