Hi, my name is Kris. Thank you for this opportunity. You will see in work history a gap. I was forced to close my business due to several factors. I needed to sign new 3 year leases at the 3 locations, I needed to find a new Medical Doctor and personally needed 2 knee replacements. It was a very hard decision for to make. Then a 1 1/2 years later Covid 19 hit and like many I have had a lot of family medical issues. It turned out to be the right choice. I am ready and need to get back in the game. I honestly love Wellers Recreation and the staff is and has always been amazing and kind. Of course are Wellers Rec are the only people trusted to work on all of our machines in the last 25 years! I am excited and motivated at the possibility to work for Wellers Rec to become an asset to the team. I bring 20 +years of management and entrepreneurial skills and experience. 1987 to 1989... Served a LDS mission in the Adelaide South Austrailia mission

1989 to 1996... Worked for TKJ Inc. Worked with disabled adults. Managed several

programs. Hired and Trained all staff in how to teach effectively, follow

and learn schedules as they teach the clients. In charge of all medications

of each client as well as fully responsible 0f all daily living skills.

1996 to 2002... Worked at MD Diet in SLC Ut, Managed entire clinic part time then in

moved to full time 2002. All daily duties required to run an extremely busy

medica weightloss clinic.

1996 to 2002. Owned and Operated my own Mortgage Company.... Cottonwood Mortgage

1996 to 2002. Director of Operations at Park City Silver Mine Adventure above and underground tour

2002 to 2007. MDDiet clinic. Went back full time to run & manage clinic.

2007 to 2017. Opened New Life Medical Weightloss and Nutrition
