Responsible for assuring the implementation of all intake/discharge systems for clients referred to residential placement which includes: review all intake referrals for appropriateness of placement, interview those who may be appropriate and prepare written assessments of appropriateness for placement, inform referring county, school districts and parents intake/admission decisions.
Assist the agency staff by following the progress of clients throughout placement.
Develop initial client plan. Assures implementation of client plan throughout placement.
Develop emergency intervention plans to address various behaviors of the clients and their families.
