• Lead manager for diverse HVAC project scopes upward of $2.5 million in revenue
• Develop superior solutions for customers as a manufacturer's representative for Daikin Applied, Haakon, EnergyLabs, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely project planning and implementation by compiling submittals, including specification compliances, technical data sheets, drawings, and installation/operations manuals
• Manage lead times, equipment arrival, and start-up/commissioning visits with customers to execute projects smoothly
• Minimize cost and risk while accounting for project requirements through detailed review of take-offs 
  
• Schedule service work, including start-up services, diagnostic visits, and failed part change-outs
• Create financially beneficial schedules of values for contracts, process invoices, and complete collections on outstanding payments 
• Oversee the warranty claims process, including failed parts identification, order execution, and paperwork filing
• Coordinate owner training on all system types, including mechanical equipment and control

• Collaborate between departments through pre-bid meetings for a complete bid package to supply the best solution for the end user using extensive line card of over 20 different manufacturers

• Head estimator (Carrollton office, 2013-2015), responsible for reviewing client bid lists and identifying and taking off projects that were a good match to HTS services
