I’m a motivated pre-medical undergraduate with a strong academic background in neuroscience. I’m excited about the opportunity to gain hands-on research experience and contribute to meaningful work that explores how addiction functions in the brain. I pay close attention to detail, enjoy learning new techniques, and am eager to develop my skills in a laboratory setting. Although I’m a senior, I’m planning to take a gap year before applying to medical school, and I would love to stay involved in the lab beyond the next two terms. I'm fully committed to this opportunity and enthusiastic about being part of a team advancing our understanding of opioid addiction, getting us one step closer to solving the opioid epidemic.
