National Demand Planning - Broadband

  • Created and maintained 7-year National demand forecast for Broadband Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) products ($1B), Gateways and Extenders, within +/- 10% 90-day forecast accuracy by working with Sales, Product, Field and other various organizations on regular basis for strategy inputs
  • Track actual demand consumption trends by various categories (Fiber, Copper, New, Maintenance, Migrations, Customer Self Install (CSI), Full Tech Install (FTI), etc.) to maintain or improve 30, 90, 275, 365-day forecast demand accuracy
