Krishna Khalasi, an aspiring nursing professional, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Nightingale College. His nursing journey has been shaped by a combination of hands-on experience and academic pursuit. As a full-time nursing student at Nightingale College, I am immersed in the dynamic field of nursing, where I am enhancing my knowledge and skills to become a proficient member of the healthcare team.
My coursework and clinical experiences have equipped me with a solid understanding of nursing principles and procedures, preparing me to undertake the responsibilities as a healthcare professional.
{Habitat for Humanity} - Volunteered 164 clock hours after school helping organize both inside and outside of the store as well as setting up for future projects.
{Sacramento Food Bank} - Participated in a canned food drive. Served hot food to the homeless and people in need. Also provided basic hygiene, clothes, sleeping equipment.
{Gurudwara Sikh Temple West Sacramento} - Sunday service followed by "seva" help in the kitchen by providing assistance to pass food and restock empty trays. Wash dishes and clean up dining area.
