•Next Generation Video (NGV) Upgrade: Gather, understand, and analyze requirements for NGV upgrades and its effects on the Customer Billing System (CBS) including the manual migration POC (Proof of Concept), Net Cracker and HPSA (HP Server Automation) team solutions and its effects, changes to NGV device configuration and its effects on NGV STB with Regional Channel Lineups.
• National Auto Processing System (NAPS) Stabilization: Coordinate with key project stakeholders on decommissioning NAPS screen scraping system and building wire link to CBS utilizing DMQ’s (DECmessageQ). Optimize project and deliverables by performing gap and process flow analysis, analyzing business rules, and working on development and QA timelines.
• Mediation Zone Pay Per View: Spearheaded the Quality Assurance Team to develop and implement high level testing strategies, detailed project timelines, release planning and project deployments. Gathered non-functional requirements including scalability, capacity, security, data-integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Legacy Billing System Data Migration: Oversaw the day-to-day activities of a team of 10 QA testers. Built test plans, developed test cases, and implemented test scripts. Organized defect triage meetings and prioritized issues based on the funnel process and business needs.

• Change Data Capture (CDC): Gather and document all the Shaw specific changes for the SSIS packages by working with the Vendor. (Attunity) on CBS (Customer Billing System) data Replication project requirements, document and help development teams on data transformation rules by mapping between CBS (legacy system) tables and CDC (Change data capture) tables. Create process/workflow drawings to help all the stake holders of present, future changes. Analyze, Prioritize, monitor defects, test strategies (For SIT and UAT), test results, use cases, gap analysis details and training materials, ensure compliance requirements are met
