system. As I stepped up, took ownership of the project in very harsh conditions like tight deadlines, last minute requirement changes, heavy pressure, leaving project resources. I have proudly delivered 12 very complex Business Objects Crystal Reports, 24 Oracle Stored procedures each week. Adding functionality incrementally to them and finally bridging all requirement gaps. Theses efforts continued for 3 months untill this Vendor developed code went into production.
