  • Investigate and resolve exceptional cases of nonconformities in fan blades by preparing and implementing nonconformity reports (NCRs) and sanctions related to the bill of materials (MLE, composite, painting, etc.) and deviations in FBs manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with engineers to validate and optimize the industrialization process for fan blade manufacturing
  • Lead weekly FBs value stream meetings with quality resource engineers and specialists to improve the quality metrics of FBs value stream
  • Expertise in FBs manufacturing process (e.g., Titanium MLEs and Composite Bonding)
  • Certified in White Belt and SMS methodologies from Safran University, ongoing Black Belt Certification from Georgia University System.
