Duties have included, running a teller drawer and handling client transactions with minimal error, counting, preparing and verifying branch cash shipments, ATM settlement, reviewing operational and security reports to identify possible hazards and to find room for improvement. Coach and mentor other staff members while adhering to policy and procedure. Publishing branch schedules adhering to forecast numbers to use company time and money wisely resulting in less overtime. As a banker, my duties include introducing clients to new products and services, creating a financial goal with solutions tailored to each individual person, recommend lending and deposit services from minor savings to corporate business accounts. Establish a rapport with clients to earn repeat business and referrals.

Answered inbound calls, live chats, and emails for retailer American Eagle Outfitters from customers inquiring about placed orders, shipments, product inquiries, etc. I would also collect customer feedback to implement changes to improve customer satisfaction. During "peak season" I also worked as a supervisor and was assigned a team to coach and grade calls for quality, security, and assurance purposes. As a supervisor I would take clients with escalated calls or call backs from the email/chat queue that needed further assistance while also maintaining high energy and positivity to keep the momentum going with staff.
