• Built global, cohesive project teams with members from a cross section of the business, development, product, marketing/sales and technical operations departments; synchronized the development process to ensure products align with strategic goals and clients’ needs.
• Served as lead project manager for strategic application development projects including Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), Thomson Reuters Trade Reports, Scalable Vector Graphic Charting, and Reuters Trader for Markets. Managed network and infrastructure projects including: impact of Daylight Savings Time change of 2005, Savvis Multicast Collapse and Nasdaq Symbology change initiatives.

• Liaised between technical headquarters in St. Louis and corporate headquarters in New York City to provide flawless product delivery and excellent on-site technical customer service to blue chip financial institutions.
• Managed product and infrastructure implementation needs for global clientele, including pre-sales support, product installation and upgrades, tail circuit and VPN installation and maintenance and managed several, large-scale technical integration programs.
• Provided technical and pre-sales support to strategic sales team, with annual revenue goals in excess of $7M, for global clients including: JP Morgan Chase and Credit Suisse First Boston, DLJ and Pershing.
