  • Managed all applications, collected all supplements, maintained communication and follow-through and presented students for acceptance. This entailed applications for all but one of the seminary's degrees.
  • Managed the day to day tasks of the office, often by myself as my team traveled.
  • Currently, I have stepped in to fill the needs of the institution through funnel data reporting, setting office goals, attending meetings, recruitment travel, scholarship assignment, recruitment strategies and more int he absence of a director.
  • Motivated and trained student employees to maximize team productivity. I also serve as the supervisor to the DSO for international students.
