As I pursue my college education, my primary goal is to harness the knowledge and skills I acquire to contribute meaningfully to the development and enhancement of the quality of life for residents of rural Eastern North Carolina. Growing up in a rural community, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges that these areas face, from limited access to healthcare and education to a lack of economic opportunities. These experiences have ignited my passion to serve and empower rural populations, ensuring that they not only thrive in the present but also have the tools they need to build sustainable futures for generations to come.
