• Running insurance, Checking in patients for appointments and surgeries, answering incoming calls, and directing patients to different areas of the hospital

• Doing intakes with clients that are applying to be in the program, answering phones, taking deposits to the bank, organizing food pantry and wig salon as donations come in, helping with fundraisers for the program, picking up food donations M-W for food pantry, general clerical work.

• Scheduling patients for the department, ordering supplies, restocking, fixing timecards, problem solving for the department, keeping up with documentation program to ensure smooth charting processes.

• Travel to different locations within Tippecanoe and surrounding counties to check patients in for scheduled appointments with IU health, run insurance, collecting copays for patient appointments

• Calling insurance companies to collect money for durable medical equipment

Sorting wires into appropriate totes in order for them to be assembled

Assembling the wire onto terminals for them to be added to harness
