  • Maintain confidential financial, student, and staff records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with departmental and state requirements.
  • Coordinate and administer student registration and records management, including creation and maintenance of registration packets and student information systems.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for student transportation, establishing chartered bus routes and airline travel throughout Wisconsin; manage itineraries, schedules, staffing, and documentation.
