- Created an online module, Building a Culture that Thrives, focused on addressing retaliation in the workplace and providing leaders with tools to create supportive and inclusive environments. Over 9,000 participants have completed the course since FY23, demonstrating its widespread reach and effectiveness.
- Designed Culture Change Foundations, a 90-minute awareness module that introduces foundational concepts of workplace culture and climate, empowering individuals without formal authority to influence positive change using strategies such as "Small Wins." Engaged nearly 958 participants from FY22-24, achieving a 90% satisfaction rate among attendees.
- Developed and facilitated Leadership and Culture: Strategies to Prevent Workplace Issues and Retaliation, an advanced workshop that combines online learning and in-person sessions, equipping leaders with models for giving feedback and managing employee concerns proactively. Engaged over 500 participants in FY 24, achieving high satisfaction ratings (“very satisfied” and “very effective”) and demonstrating measurable improvements in workplace culture metrics.
- Facilitated Leadership and Culture: Creating a Positive Workplace, a 90-minute quarterly Zoom course that provides leaders with evidence-based strategies for building trust, offering support, and practicing recognition to drive positive culture change. Trained 978 participants, with 84% rating the course as effective and 98% expressing confidence in applying the concepts to their workplaces.
DEI 2.0 Ad Hoc Group Initiative
- Led the DEI 2.0 ad hoc group, collaborating with 20 expert faculty and staff to develop recommendations for a central DEI hub focused on education and consulting services across campus.
