It has always been my goal to motivate students to find their passion, encourage and guide struggling students, and make sure I put relationships first in order to help my students become successful. I also believe that being part of a team is essential to foster not only my learning and help guide me as a teacher, but my students' learning as well. I love to work with like-minded individuals who not only love our students, but work together to foster a positive environment for them.
