  • Constantly stepping in to fill gaps as needed to ensure success of company.
  • Kristan joined PreZero in 2017 through acquisition. RMG, Inc., at the time was one of the country’s top 100 recycling and commodities management firms where she started working in 2007.

Real Estate Investor

My side hobby is being a housing provider and real estate investor.  I own a few long term rentals and manage two of them myself.  The maintenance management and people skills required to be a good property management are very helpful at work.
