Hello! My name is Kristen Grace Biebighauser who grew up in a small town and lives with a family of 5! I love to learn, grow and serve, whether that means doing a service project, learning the anatomy of the body, researching medical topics, going on mission trips, volunteering at nursing homes, and more! I just love to help myself and others build what God has called me to create have a very strong interest within the medical field, so I am doing everything I can in the meantime to make that dream a reality. During my downtime, I try to focus on what I can do that strengthens my demeanor, whether that be building my memory, learning something new, reading, or just getting outside!
I am a very organized individual, who loves problem solving, schedules, busy-ness, and overall being with people. When being employed at Tourtellotte pool, I was part of 4 different positions, including front desk, administering swim tests, supervising the slide, and working concessions.
- During my time at front desk, I would hand out wristbands, take phone calls, answer questions, work the tills, produce passes such as season passes and individual passes. I would also use excel spreadsheets to create charts to supply missing passes, schedules, swim tests, errors in passes and more. I would say I can handle money fairly well, while having a strong sense of communication and personal responsibility while taking on this role.II also work effectively and fast when the business of opening takes over.
- During my time of Swim Test Rotation, I would ensure the patrons swam effectively and safely to make sure they could swim in separate areas. I would use my communication skills to kindly explain to the parents of the swimmer what they have to do and why they have to do it. Afterwards, I would be the cheerleader, and make the swimmers know how loved and strong they are for taking the test.
- During my time of concessions and slide, I would make the swimmers get down the slide safely and ensure that the environment around was in top shape for the community For For concessions I would handle food and tills, getting skills ready to future jobs handing customer service!
- During all of these rotations, I would say I work well in a team setting, providing support and guidance, as well as bonding with my teammates (coworkers) to make sure we were all getting the care we all need!!

Accomplishments
- I created a group titled "Gods Got You" group which leads students to serve the community! Wether that means giving flowers with notes to hospitals or nursing homes, giving veterans care packages, giving children in hospitals cards, we try to spread positivity!
- I also moved this group to my Church, Hosanna Lutheran, to do more Faith-based projects like prayer jars, prayer cards, kindness rocks and pastor care packages!
- I also have this Bible Memorization club to help students memorize 100 verses in the Bible each year at my school titled "Rooted in the Word."
- I have a 4.0 GPA and take multiple PSEO classes through Crown College Saint Paul.
