

Guided families/clients through the entire intake and on-boarding cycle:
-communicated an overview of services, policies and procedures
-collected pertinent information from families, including required documentation
-addressed any questions or concerns from families/clients throughout the intake process
-created and maintained a consistent " procedure for "check-ins"with families/clients during the on-boarding process
Over the course of twenty months, I have assisted in transitioning approximately 95 clients to Direct ABA services, with approximately 65 clients currently in the on-boarding process.
