  • First point of contact for the organization-responsible for dissemination of calls throughout the agency
  • Made determinations regarding the possibility of providing ABA services to clients who were referred to the agency and clients who submitted intake applications
  • Provided resources to families/clients to whom it was deemed that an intake was not possible, to assist them in finding services that could support them
  • Coordinated tours for families/clients of five different services locations

Guided families/clients through the entire intake and on-boarding cycle:

-communicated an overview of services, policies and procedures

-collected pertinent information from families, including required documentation

-addressed any questions or concerns from families/clients throughout the intake process

-created and maintained a consistent " procedure for "check-ins"with families/clients during the on-boarding process

  • Updated and maintained information on every client in database
  • Sent out requests for medical records to a variety of providers

  • Conducted extensive research on a multitude of ABA/Neurodiverse providers and supports, and compiled various lists to offer to families/clients
