- Create addendums for any additions to contract pricing
- Posting accounting for each vehicle
- Tracking physical product locations for all current inventory on a bi-weekly basis
- Facilitate outgoing sale documentation for vehicles wholesaled through the auto auction
- Create Report of Sale through the DMV for each wholesaled vehicle
- Contacting other dealerships to initiate the transfer of vehicles within dealers
- Collecting any payment due for transferred vehicles with other dealerships
- Report and track every new vehicle sale to the corresponding manufacturers
- Submit reimbursement claims for eligible rebates on new vehicle sales
