She is knowledgeable in various aspects and cares about delivering quality work. She works well with colleagues and maintains a good relationship with our internal customers with her clear communication and reliable quality. Due to her tenure, she has developed a network with other teams, which she relies on to help her solve customer problems and get her own work done. She has shown the ability to adapt to changing tasks and be assigned special projects. Her optimistic demeanor is a positive influence on the team, especially being a supporter when we shift tasks with SSPs. She knows when to ask for help on her tasks when she needs it.
