  • I have managed Lakeview Dental for just over 10 years
  • My job duties include handling all payroll and HR responsibilities and processing contracted compensation for 6 doctors and 30 supporting staff members
  • Also consulting, offering technical and IT support for staff members, patients as well as associate doctors. Also putting systems in place for two additional practices with an additional 15+ employees and 3 associate doctors
  • I am in charge of recruiting and interviewing staff members and associate doctors, handling all HR support and technical support with the established practice management software. Assisting employees with password resets and any questions with the practice management software and additional 3rd party items in place.
  • During my time at the practice I have been able to implement new strategies and scheduling to increase production drastically from $1.4 million to $2.4 million dollars and growing.
  • At the same time of growth I have upheld the offices high bar that we have set for customer satisfaction and have maintained an NPS score of 82% I am responsible for resolving any patient grievances or satisfaction concerns.

  • I was over all incoming service calls as well as dispatching service technicians for both routine maintenance and service outages for all accounts
  • I was responsible for processing technicians service hours and resolving any issues or concerns with customers such as troubleshooting and/or resetting their passwords and maintaining their accounts.

  • I thrived in this environment setting the customers at ease.

Additional Information

This is a study group of Dental Office managers from both Davis and Weber county that was put together by Dr. Shane Jessen to focus on collaborating and team work within the dental field. I was asked to be a guest speaker on leading my staff with positivity and keeping morale high.
