We hold a "Woscars" ceremony every year based off of the Oscars. We have categories for each award and all of the Customer service teams vote on who should win that certain award. The smooth operator award was for the person with the best phone communication skills and problem solving for the drivers/ suppliers. I was voted and won this award.
