General Sales Manager
- Lead divisional sales operations to achieve or exceed annual sales and settlement goals through strategic planning, execution, and hands-on leadership.
- Recruit, coach, and manage high-performing Neighborhood Sales Managers (NSMs), fostering a results-driven and value-aligned team culture.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to provide training, share updates, and reinforce compliance and performance standards.
- Oversee all sales activity across multiple neighborhoods, monitoring traffic, conversion metrics, and CRM usage to ensure consistent execution and data accuracy.
- Ensure contract accuracy, track customer deposits, manage backlog and mortgage reports, and address any contract issues within 24 hours.
- Maintain a 95%+ customer satisfaction rate by promptly resolving concerns and responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
- Support successful community launches by executing 100-day plans, managing neighborhood aesthetics, and ensuring timely updates to online listings and signage.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including approving commissions, payroll, transition memos, and performance reports to drive operational efficiency.
- Represent Stanley Martin professionally in all communications while promoting a culture aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
