  • Serves as member of curriculum advisory boards utilizing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model to ensure courses developed/delivered meet the needs of customers IAW OPM & STM Program’s Supervisor Competency Framework, Army’s vision and strategic plan. Evaluate and endorse Adjunct Faculty for certification based observed quality of technical expertise and facilitation skills.
  • Adjunct Faculty member certified to teach SHROC and LMER course content. Worked w/ other G7 Instructors to augment & develop dL self-paced Basic Staffing & MER course materials for Command HR Professionals.
  • Attend meetings and brief G7 TMD leadership, STM, and other Sr Leaders on status of assigned training programs, procedures, and policies for acquiring needed training and coordinating training programs that may be critical to installation or activity missions.
