I am an experienced educator with a focus on creating meaningful and accessible learning opportunities through a collaborative process. I have developed strong interpersonal skills working with diverse populations in both traditional and virtual school settings. Whether in person or a virtual format, I remain a positive, reliable, and self-motivated team member.

• Providing districtwide support to staff through delivery of professional learning content, responding to queries, and serving as a liaison between school and district administration
• Facilitation and management of staff resources

• Serving as evaluation team leader; scheduling, organizing, and facilitating team meetings;
• Note-taking during meetings; organization, dissemination, and filing of meeting documents;
• Managing multiple timelines, facilitating communication and ensuring timely completion;
• Assisting with data collection, and with evaluation of the effectiveness of individual and systemic supports, services, and interventions;
• Synthesizing and explaining data in a cohesive manner, in verbal and written format;
• Administering psychological and educational assessments, and interpreting the results of those assessments;
• Providing support and assistance to staff on a variety of topics, including the ways in which disabilities may impact educational functioning, evidence-based practices for culturally responsive intervention, and development of goals, accommodations, and modifications for students;
• Collaborating with staff and families to identify and problem-solve around student needs;
• Working with community agencies and families;
• Serving as a resource to staff for information on current special education law and procedures;
• Providing professional development/technical assistance to school staff
