-Assist in creating a non-profit organization to benefit foster and adoption services in and around Delaware County.
- Develop floor plan and merchandising strategies for non-profit thrift store in Swarthmore, PA.
- Facilitate and foster customer, vendor and merchant relationships within the community served by the thrift store.
- Coined the term "mission matches" and help identify organizations within the community who match the mission of the thrift shop and who will be the recipients of any funds raised.
- Work in the retail store using point of service system, stocking, sorting donations, cleaning and any other tasks required for open, close and daily operations.
- Manage and direct various volunteers of all ages and abilities.
