I have strong interpersonal skills and I am able to connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. I have also built and maintained strong relationships with educational consultants, alumni, and other important constituencies throughout my career.
Having worked in four schools for girls, I find these experiences to be the most meaningful of my career and remain deeply committed to promoting and supporting the education of young women. I also have varied experiences in both non-denominational and parochial schools, traditional educational programs, programs for students with learning differences, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
Provide strategic vision & leadership for the admissions, enrollment, and retention programs. Serve on the Administrative Team, mentor and supervise a highly creative and successful Admissions Team, travel domestically and internationally to represent the school, work closely with educational consultants and external constituents, collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Team to support marketing efforts, collaborate with the Advancement Team to engage and inspire parents and friends of the school, oversee the allocation of the financial aid budget, work with the DEI team to ensure equity and access in our admissions practices.

Provide strategic, data-driven leadership and vision for the Admission and Enrollment Management program at an all girls, Dominican, boarding and day school. Participate as a member of the School's administrative team. Lead the recruitment program, both domestically and internationally, attracting mission-appropriate students to add to the life of the School. Lead the School's retention team and develop procedures to decrease attrition. Work collaboratively with an admission team of two and an expanded admissions committee of 12. Represent the school at admissions events, conferences, alumnae receptions, and other local and international programs around the world. Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, consultants, and international agents. Collaborate with the President and CFO on all Financial Aid decisions and strategically plan to use the budget to best attract and retain the top students for the School. Participate in the full life of a day and boarding school community.
Lead recruitment tours globally to assist boarding schools in the recruitment of international students. Developed and executed extensive travel, marketing plans, and outreach in countries around the world to promote events. Managed a staff of 2-3 employees. Created detailed reports and recommendations on emerging student markets. Presented at independent school and international education conferences around the U.S. and abroad. Traveled up to 6 months a year internationally and nationally.
Developed an international recruiting strategy to attract a wider range of applicants from around the world. Increased representation in the residential program from 16 countries to over 30 in three years. Traveled to over 25 countries to represent the School, meet with prospective and current families, and host alumni events. Planned on campus events, built relationships with students, families, schools, independent consultants, and other important constituencies, collaborated with the Marketing department on projects to increase visibility of the School, collaborated with the Alumni and Development office on events, demographic research and travel planning. Member of the strategic plan committee, Administrative Team, IB committee, and many committees involving marketing and branding.
Assisted the Associate Head for Enrollment Management in the overall management of the Office, representing the School at on and off campus events, managing a specific travel domestic and international travel territory, interviewing students and evaluating applications.
Assisted the Director of Admission in all aspects of running a successful admission office. Planned and executed on and off campus events. Participated in financial aid meetings. Traveled domestically and internationally to represent the school. Read and reviewed admission files. Interviewed prospective students and their families. Increased diversity of the student body. Developed and implemented the first east coast regional office for the University. Participated in national and regional college fairs on the east coast and in the mid-Atlantic regions.
