    • Co-creator of the business plan, product strategy and pitch that lead to successful investor funding and initial start-up company concept.
    • Lead the definition of value-proposition, target market, channel development and other strategic decisions for the brand.
    • Directed the creation of two brands and three buckets of product: 1) IOT smart home luxury fragrance devices, 2) Digital platform and user app to create a wholistic intuitive fragrance experience, 3) various collections of mood and memory-enhancing clean fragrance for the home.
    • Worked with partners to build out the budget, team, vendor relationships, profitability structure, pricing, naming, branding, and anything else needed to get the company moving.
    • Drove all digital features, infrastructure strategy, data and platform strategies.
    • Helped shape the omnichannel marketing approach and plans while building out channel partnership & collab offerings, relationships and contracts.
    • Named inventor on all Atmos patents.

  • Worked closely with distributors throughout globe to create programs and business models to help increase consumption of Nu Skin Personal Care products.
  • Was also over the Americans & Europe Product Marketing during tenure at Nu Skin. Helped shape programs, promotions, marketing tools, sponsorship kits and more for distributors in my region. Helped launch markets in emerging countries like Israel and Russia and new initiatives that resulted in a double-digit growth in existing markets.
