I drafted contractual documents concerning the sale/purchase of businesses, the formation of various business entities, and family law including motions/orders to show cause/ continuances; Petitions, Summons, Dissolution of Marriage, Judgments and Marital Settlement Agreements. Also, estate planning documents such as wills/trusts, and power of attorney and civil litigation forms. I performed legal research to ensure compliance with Federal and State requirements and researched statutory and case law for utilization in the preparation of legal documents and court appearances.

I interacted with clients and the Court, including Judicial Clerks, on a daily basis with duties including addressing client concerns, arranging for court reporters, contacting the court to continue or remove hearings from the calendar, and preparing attorneys for court appearances.
