Accomplishments

  • Good Catch Award 1, for finding a medication placement error in the Omni-Cell. Resulting in similar looking medications being placed further apart.
  • Good Catch Award 2, for finding pacer pads connected the ZOLL on a crash cart. Resulting in logistics training there staff on the different types of pads. It is now on the crash cart check list to ensure each cart is delivered to the floor with defibrillator pads in place.
