Supervised all day-to-day hockey operations for Sioux Falls Power Hockey TIER 1 U14, 15O, U16, and U18 teams. I worked with the General Manager as well as the coaching staff to ensure all teams were managed and well taken care of.

Duties included: team hotel bookings, team bus services/itineraries, game/practice ice scheduling, referee scheduling, USA Hockey roster management, securing insurance certificates via USA Hockey, registering for hockey showcases/tournaments, coordinating with the accountant for the seasons budget requirements, communicating with hockey families, as the serving as billet coordinator for the 2024-25 season.

• Developed and maintained relationships with coaching staff, ice rink/arena staff, referee coordinators, South Dakota Amateur Hockey Association (SDAHA) representatives, and directors.
• Enhanced family satisfaction by establishing clear communication and addressing concerns promptly.
