Managing the accounting, tracking, and banking/depositing for several large accounts for 8 Real Estate Offices (Operating, Escrow, Commission, and Capital)

• Tracking of all incoming funds
• Depositing of all incoming checks
• Accounting entries
• Fund adjustments (stop-pays, voiding checks, reissuing of outgoing checks)
• Transmittal/bank reconciliations

In charge of all Accounts Payable and Receivable for the 8 offices

• Setting up, tracking, following-up on and billing/collecting monthly membership invoices for over 300 real estate agents
• Updating agent accounts, payment information, and working with agents on overdue bills or any billing inquiries
• Payment and tracking of all office bills for all 8 offices (utilities etc)
• Payment/invoicing for any special circumstances/bills
• Providing reimbursements to agents for sign-on-incentives or any other special circumstances (such as owner reimbursements)

Acting as an "escrow officer" and processing commission payments

• In charge of all incoming and outgoing escrow for real-estate closings
• Ensuring all compliance procedures are met for each deal
• Making sure all funds are tracked appropriately, and that escrow funds are released and delivered timely
• Managing incoming commission checks and processing payment for the agents
• Working with payees, attorneys and the like when any issues or discrepancies arise
• Providing customer-service to agents and clients, assisting with any inquiries, trouble-shooting, providing documents when requested
• Operating a 1-hour Support-help zoom 3x weekly for agent support
• Attending team meetings and trainings on a regular basis
