Received raw parts for medical and industrial equipment, grit blast the parts, spray with a thermal coating to all parts. Measure heights on the parts sprayed, clean and visualize them under a stereoscope, sonic cleaning and/or cool cleaning and do a final inspection of parts under a CMM machine or a 3D machine. Also did shear testing and compression testing on parts sent out to customers to make sure the parts are made correctly.
