With over a decade of experience in communication, organization, and problem- solving, I bring a strong background in both education and technical support. I spent 11 years as an elementary school teacher, honing my ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Additionally, I have a year of experience in virtual technical support and 2 years of virtual teaching, where I developed strong troubleshooting skills and worked independently to resolve client issues. Most recently, I started and managed my own business, handling operations, customer service, and marketing. My ability to adapt, stay organized, and work effectively makes me a great fit for a remote role, and I’m excited to bring my skills to a company where I can contribute and grow.
