Constructed, maintained, and climb cell towers to various heights ranging from 50 to 800 feet up. Rigging gin poles, blocks, ropes and cables to use mechanical wenches and capstans to haul materials up the tower. plumb and tension guyed towers to specified tensions. Hang fully dressed mounts using a gin pole or crane. install wave guide and ice bridges.

Coordinate with team members to climb and modify steel members on cell towers using cranes, ropes and gin poles. Drove through the east coast doing modifications to existing towers. welding stiffeners to strengthen the structure to allow for more equipment to be utilized on the tower. Replaced wires on guyed towers and tensioned. Assist in hanging fully dressed mounts on new towers, and supporting stiff arms for structure.

Service hydraulic hoses and cylinders for basic repair and maintenance such as gaskets, fittings and valves. Learned to weld various types of thin metals. Worked with a variety of materials, learning their properties and uses, from silicone to graphite.
