• Responsible for all services provided in general dentistry. Oversee all administrative aspects of dental program at multi-site Health Center designated to serve the underserved. Providing quality patient care, managing staff, procedures and policies. Maintaining compliance and strategic planning as well as designing budget for department.

All dental services provided by dentistry department including restorative, endodontic and oral surgery as well as diagnostic services and procedures.

• General dentist performing restorative dentistry, rotary endodontics (anterior, bicuspid and molar), surgical and simple extractions, alveoplasty, fixed and removable prosthodontics, preventative, emergency dental procedures and diagnosis. Community awareness work has also been part of active employment with PDA.

• Extensive training in patient management, restorative dentistry, fixed and removable prosthodontics, single and multi-canal endodontics, surgical extractions, alveoplasty, gingivectomy, emergency dental procedures and diagnosis, treatment of medically compromised patients in and out of an OR setting under general anesthesia and local anesthesia respectively, both adults and children.

• Taught general dentistry procedures to 3rd year dental students in clinical setting at VCU.

• Assisted Josephia Muindi MD, PhD by designing and performing in vitro, in vivo experiments and clinical cancer trials for a comprehensive cancer center - independent research and in conjunction with pharmaceutical companies

• Assisted Jennifer Stewart PhD by performing and designing in vitro and in vivo experiments in the fields of Neuroimmunology and Neuroendocrinology
