Areas of concern / opportunities for improvement found on multiple occasions and elevated it the appropriate managers/directors. Good working relationships with staff ranging from floor nurse to directors. These relationships enable data that is not easily found in patient records to be collected. It also allows for discussions regarding opportunities for improvement to be held more easily.
