• Manage environmental compliance across all project phases under CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA, NEPA, and CERCLA; coordinate with INL, IDEQ, and DOE-ID to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Oversee IDEQ Permit to Construct compliance, including visible emissions inspections, fugitive dust control, and construction equipment air permitting evaluations.

• Conduct environmental field surveillance and trend analysis to verify compliance with permits and project environmental plans; implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
• Develop NEPA documentation including Categorical Exclusions and environmental impact reviews for construction activities and emission-generating equipment.
• Interface with regulators during inspections, audits, and project reviews; provide technical documentation, justifications, and follow-up actions to resolve agency inquiries.
• Promote chemical inventory control, source reduction strategies, and sustainable procurement in accordance with federal green purchasing guidelines.
• Provide compliance training, guidance, and job aids to support workforce understanding of environmental obligations and to maintain regulatory readiness across all project disciplines.

Delivered 10 years of integrated safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance oversight at a DOE Category 2 Nuclear Facility, supporting transuranic (TRU) waste retrieval, characterization, treatment, and shipment. Ensured full compliance with DOE Orders, federal environmental regulations, and site-specific procedural requirements across high-hazard operational areas.

• Led site-wide incident investigations in compliance with DOE Order 232.2A, managing response coordination, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Supported 10 CFR 830 compliance as facility ESH&Q representative during nuclear safety assessments and inspections.
• Interpreted and applied OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, and ACGIH standards to reduce workplace hazards and improve programmatic compliance across facility operations.
• Ensured environmental compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), CERCLA, and RCRA through program development, field surveillance, and regulator engagement.
• Authored and implemented PRDs, MCPs, JSAs, and other technical documents integrating industrial hygiene and environmental controls into field work packages.
• Performed real-time air and PBZ sampling for VOCs, metals, silica, and particulates using NIOSH 7300, 5525, and 6009 methods to assess and mitigate occupational exposure risks.
