Manages Air Station Astoria's largest, oversees 65 members in execution maintenance efforts on three MH-60T aircraft. Provides 24/7 Search and Rescue (SAR) capable asset for long range missions in the Pacific Northwest.
MH-60T SAR pilot - responsible for aviating multi-mission helicopter and aircrew of four in all-weather law enforcement and SAR missions along the Oregon and Washington coastline.
MH-65D Engineering Officer- Plans and directs maintenance for four MH-65D helicopters. Supervises 35 members in execution of maintenance plan. Coordinates logistics for year round aircraft deployments aboard Coast Guard cutters in the Arctic and Bering Sea.
Senior Deployed Aviator- Leads 6 person aviation detachment aboard Coast Guard cutters to conduct search and rescue and law enforcement missions throughout Alaska.
Instructor Pilot- Instructs, evaluates and upgrades other pilots.
