NURSE LEADERSHIP
- Chosen to represent all PBMU nurses in a workshop to improve ED to PBMU admissions. Was a primary contributor in creating a new role on the PBMU that combined the Admission Coordinator with an RN role. Worked together with PBMU & EDHM leadership, SCH Continuous Improvement & Innovation department, as well as hospital management. Currently work as a leader of this role as an Admission Coordinator RN.
