My experiences both inside and outside the classroom have given me a unique perspective and background. I have worked with numerous stakeholders in various roles, allowing me to build strong relationships. I completed a year long comprehensive internship program allowing me to expand my experience in educational leadership.

• Connecticut 4-H Program, 2000, current, Volunteer for over 20 years, Worked on local, county, and state programs with teaching and mentoring children aged 7-19., Experiences range from judging, advising, mentoring, coordinating events, generating media and publicity for events, and assisting with technology items., Club leader for two local clubs, Worked with publicity, parents, and general public surrounding the program.
• FIRST Robotics Programs, 2007, current, Volunteer with Aces High, the Windsor Locks/Suffield Robotics Team for over ten years and with the FIRST Lego League as a leader., Assisted with coordinating annual “Suffield Shakedown” event for over 30 robotics teams. This included coordinating the opening ceremonies, inviting various local dignitaries for the event, and assisting with media and publicity., Participated on the state and regional volunteer committee and assisted the planning committee for the Connecticut Regional Event as the media coordinator.
